This past spring, MHM was granted an amazing opportunity to be featured on Forbes.com EQ Brandvoice.  While this is typically a paid platform in which a company or business can write and post an article for a fee, each quarter they choose a handful or organizations to write and publish articles at no cost.  For a small non-profit like Moms Helping Moms, having money to spend on an opportunity like this is something that we never even dare to dream of because, well, we have diapers to buy!  So to be given this opportunity was a dream, that we didn’t even know we had, come true.   The best part is that it’s not only a huge opportunity for our organization to get some recognition, but even more importantly, it allowed us to give Diaper Need and Period Poverty a voice on a huge platform.  Advocating for our causes is a huge part of our job.  We are so grateful that the team from Forbes EQ Brandvoice recognizes that small organizations can benefit greatly from their platform.  And we thank them for giving the little guys a chance!
